In my current role as Digital Media Specialist at California State University - Long Beach, I have been tasked with creation and management of all photo and video content. Additionally, managing our social media team and platforms. Through these efforts, our team is able to collaborate with over 34 clients and departments on campus. This covers content such as free headshots for professional staff, event coverage, video promotion, social media content creation, and more. Since brought on the staff, we have been able to raise engagement by 214%, and are on track for 1.6x net follower count compared to previous years.
